You forgot your mobile phone charger or you pocket calculator? No problem, we established a technical rental service for you!
If you need a projector, a reflex camera, a PLC or something else, let us know. As student of the UAS Technikum Wien you can rent them for free.
A student card from the FH Technikum Wien valid for the current semester is required for borrowing (please make sure that it has been renewed at the appropriate machines). For expensive devices we also collect a deposit of up to 50 € in cash, which you will of course get back if you return the device undamaged.
In general, you can come by our office at any time during our opening hours unannounced for equipment rental. If someone of us is there outside of our opening hours you can also burrow something, simply knock on our office door. If you pre-announce yourself then it is also possible to burrow them outside of our regular office hours.
Please note, however, that we only have a limited number of all devices available. That’s why you can pre-register via email to rent expensive devices such as cameras or embedded systems by email – so you can make sure they’re really there when you need them.
