Girls and young women can contact sprungbrett for confidential talks with an advisor to talk about their experiences and strategies for empowerment.
The FIT info days are an initiative for schoolgirls to help them expand their future choice of studies.
sprungbrett also offers workshops concerning topics like assertiveness and security in public spaces.
